On November 10, 2023, in the gallery of the Bankya Art Center, Sofia, the opening of the exhibition "Barbarism Begins at Home" took place, presenting contemporary art, selected by Suzana Nikolova Ph.D.
Two works by Ivo Pecov („Non-durable 1“ from 2015 and „Common Relations – Outwitting“ from 2014) were part of a total of 12 authors presented.
The exhibition was composed of works by the authors: Bogdan Aleksandrov, Genady Gatev, Desislava Hristova, Ivan Kyuranov, Ivan Stefanov, Ivo Pecov, Marjan Dzin, Miroslava Stoyanova, Radoslav Muglov, Rosen Toshev, Svilen Stefanov, Tsvetan Krastev.
The Bankya Art Center annually prepares exhibitions of contemporary art, in which significant authors for the Bulgarian art scene participate.
